Dream to You First Thoughts: Jae and Su Bin's Stolen Dream Leaves Their Love Lost in Time.

With the first two episodes of the series out, fans are loving the direction of the drama. Two good friends end up in a chaotic situation where Jae is not willing to even think about her first love, Woo Bin. The episode presents a hyped-up story in which some regrets are now shaped into painful memories. The series opens with Ian Won, aka Woo Su Bin, winning a prestigious award at the European Film Awards. He celebrates this success with his team and with the one person whose dream brought him this international fame. Willing to meet this person again, he announces his return to Seoul.

On the other hand, Yi Jae, is filming a television documentary in a remote village. She manages to capture some great scenes and is happy about the show becoming a success. In reality, she is just managing a part of her dream, which was once making movies. Her love for movies and shooting once caught Woo Bin's attention and sparked his interest in film. Back in their school days, both shared a deep bond. Shooting short films and documenting their experiences on the beach, at school, and in local markets, Woo Bin fell in love with movies and with Jae.

Woo Bin tries to reconcile with Yi Jae in episode 2

Despite coming from different backgrounds, both were happy in each other's company. Back in the present, Woo Bin wishes to make a movie that should be directed by Jae. At first, Jae simply denies his offer, but later the pain in her heart leaves her regretting even knowing Woo Bin. The past that was once a cherished possession now brings in the reality of life where I don't want to be. A promise and a stolen dream all get Ju Jae and Woo Bin started on a bad note. While Woo Bin doesn't know what trauma Jae went through, he wants her to give it a chance to make things right.

A hope lingers in Jae's heart. Her dream seems now to be becoming a reality, and love, too, seems to be coming back to her. The first two episodes open with a great start where Jae's fate with Woo Bin is once again giving her a chance to reignite that spark that seems extinguished since Woo Bin disappeared. Her destiny is giving her a chance to revive that passion that once left her fulfilled and content. Currently, her dream has taken the shape of a simple 9-5 job that doesn't have any spark for storytelling.

Yi Jae in episode 2 after the accident

Talking about the series, it is off to a great start. Fans, too, are loving the storyline, and it has all the elements that can leave fans in awe. The series has great potential to become a trend among fans, but it's too similar to many other dramas that came out before. A very similar plot of lost hope, igniting passion, and finding love again seems too obvious in the series. It's a great start for new fans to understand the series, but nothing extraordinary seems to be coming through the episodes as they progress.

Overall, it's quite a great start and adds more layers to the characters' feelings and how they tackle their fears, but it's not a very hyped-up plot that can bring fans to think whether it's new in K-dramas or something that has never been experimented with before.
